LET’S TALK provides assessment, intervention and school transition support for infants, children and adolescents with learning and developmental difficulties, in the areas of speech pathology, occupational therapy, physiotherapy and psychology. LET’S TALK is a Helping Children With Autism approved provider and our services are eligible for rebate with most private health care funds. Below is a table of fees and services current at July 2011.

Comprehensive Assessment – 5 years and over A full formal assessment of the child’s skills in one discipline area (speech pathology, occupational therapy, physiotherapy or psychology/cognition). An in depth report is written and 2 copies are provided. This assessment is for children aged 5 yrs and over.
This assessment is usually considered valid for verification and funding purposes. 		$400.00 per discipline
Comprehensive Assessment – Under 5 years A full formal assessment of the child’s skills in one discipline area (speech pathology, occupational therapy, physiotherapy or psychology/cognition). An in depth report is written and 2 copies are provided. This assessment is for children aged 5 yrs and over.
This assessment is usually considered valid for verification and funding purposes. 		$340.00 per discipline
Screening Assessment An informal assessment of the child’s skills in one discipline area (speech pathology, occupational therapy, physiotherapy or psychology/cognition). A brief report is written and 2 copies are provided.
This assessment is appropriate to gather non-standardised information about the child or for a child who is unable to be assessed using formal measures. 		$255.00 per discipline
Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS) Assessment The Autism Diagnostic Observation Scale (ADOS) is administered and a full report written with 2 copies provided. $170.00
30 minute Therapy Session A session provided in clinic, school or via E-Therapy by one discipline. Goals are determined collaboratively with parents and other stakeholders and the process is informed by appropriate assessment. Travel costs are incurred if session is provided in the school environment. $83.00
60 minute Therapy Session A session provided in clinic, school or via E-Therapy by one discipline. Goals are determined collaboratively with parents and other stakeholders and the process is informed by appropriate assessment. Travel costs are incurred if session is provided in the school environment. $165.00
Education Transition Support Support provided by one discipline to school/childcare to include early intervention goals in child’s education program and to facilitate the delivery of intervention in the education environment. This is a two hour session and the cost includes travel. $335.00

LET’S TALK also provides group programs throughout school holidays in many areas including expressive language skills, receptive language skills, motor speech and articulation, handwriting, fine motor skills, sensory perceptual motor skills, gross motor skills, social skills, literacy skills and many more.
