The psychologist and speech language pathologist work together to provide evaluations of thinking, language and learning skills, tapping into the expertise of other professionals when required. These core assessments highlight specific strengths and weaknesses children may have and assist in better understanding the impact of particular patterns of development on school success and social-behavioural skills. All assessments are discussed with parents in terms of how to support the weaknesses and utilise strengths to maximum benefit.
Specific assessments by the Speech Language Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, Developmental Physiotherapist and Psychologist are also available when information is required about only one area of development.
Individual and group therapy is available from the above professionals as required along with tuition services and learning support.
